1. Placing an order

The placing of an order of any our products is subject to stock availability and verification of payment details. First Choice has the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Please note that once your order has been confirmed, you will be unable to make any changes.

2. Supply of Product and Product Description

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the images and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. We take no responsibility for any variation in colour or sizing that may occur and have the right to supply products which do not correspond to the images appearing in this website, provided that the product matches the product description on the website.

When the product has been shipped, we will contact you to confirm the shipment details.

3. Price

The pricing of the products are as stipulated on the Website at the time your order is placed.

All prices are shown in Emirati Dirham (AED) and are exclusive of shipping and destination import charges. Any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase are your responsibility.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your own credit/debit card company.

4. Payment

Upon placing an order on the website you agree to supply your valid credit card number and other billing information as requested by the payment gateway. All our transactions are made via a secured server and all confidential information is safe guarded

For other payment methods, such as bank transfer payment, we will charge upon confirmation of the order or prior to shipment.

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure all your order and payment details remain secure, First Choice are not responsible for any losses that may occur as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

5. Delivery

All products are delivered via our courier company and we reserve the right to change the carrier or delivery method at any time at our discretion.

All risk of loss and damage of product passes to the customer on the date when the products are despatched to the carrier.

Any delivery dates advised are estimates only. Whilst we will do everything to ensure delivery is prompt, we accept no responsibility for any delays or loss which may occur.

Bengal Auto Parts are not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United Arab Emirates. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges levied by the authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country where the products are received.

If an order shipment is undeliverable, the ordered product will be returned to us at your expense. The returned product can then be resold and we have no obligation to reserve or re-deliver the returned product to you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Bengal Auto Parts will not accept any returns or refunds whatsoever on Custom Made Items

If your item is Ready Made and you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item at your own expense within 7 days provided that

i) the product was ordered via the website and is returned to the website address

ii) the product is returned unworn, unused, with the tags intact and in the original packaging.

iii) our customer service team have been contacted within 7 days or receiving the product and have confirmed the product may be returned.

Bengal Auto Parts will not accept any returns of products that have been worn, used and or garment tags have been removed. We accept no responsibility for any products that are lost and damaged and retain the right to refuse a return.

7. Changes

Bengal Auto Parts reserves the right to revise or change these terms and conditions, pricing and any other information listed on this website at any time at our discretion.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have read the latest terms and conditions on each occasion when purchasing on the website.

8. Force Majeure

Bengal Auto Parts are not liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.

9. Copyright

The contents of this website, including all images, designs, logos, text and all other intellectual property are made available as part of the Customer’s use of this Website and remain exclusively the property of Bengal Auto Parts .

The Customer acknowledges that any other use of the material and content of this Website is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use, your use of the Website and downloads from it are subject to and shall be construed in accordance with United Arab Emirates law as the sole and exclusive governing law.
