EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7 days exchange policy only on Particular items purchased from receipt of goods delivered to you.
The items must be unworn and in re-saleable condition. The tag must still be intact and the goods should be returned in the original packaging with the receipt.
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to advise you wish to the exchange the item. The customer service team will provide a reference code for returning the item which must be returned within 7 days at the customers own expense.
There is a strictly no return policy on Used or Seal Broken or Damage Items.
